Diarized schedules your top priorities, so they actually get done.
Connect your task app and your calendar. Diarized finds real time for the work that matters most, so it stops sliding to next week.

Not another app to move into.
Most auto-schedulers want to be where your work lives. Diarized has no to-do list and no calendar of its own. It connects the two you already have.
The usual deal
- Move every task into their app first
- A second interface to learn
- A second calendar to live in
- Your old task app goes unopened
- If they shut down, your tasks go with them
Diarized
- Keep the task app you already use
- Nothing new to install or learn
- Blocks land in Google or Outlook, so read them in Fantastical, Apple Calendar, your watch
- Connect once, and Diarized keeps scheduling in the background
- Your tasks and your calendar stay yours, always

It works around the week you actually have.
Meetings, all-day events, invitations you declined, other people's holds: all of it counts. Tasks land in the gaps that are genuinely free, ordered by what matters and what is due first. Nothing gets booked over your life.
What Diarized checked before booking anything
You can always see why a task landed where it did
Every block carries the real reason it landed there: which task outranked it, which meeting pushed it, which gaps were too short to fit. Not a summary written after the fact: the scheduler is deterministic, so what you read is the decision it made, not a model's guess at what it might have done.
Why "Board deck" is on Monday at 9:30
The parts most auto-schedulers get wrong
Move a block and it stays where you put it
Drag a block and it stays where you put it. Delete one and the task is marked done in your task app. Your calendar is the control surface, not just somewhere output lands.
Your own meetings are never touched
Every block Diarized creates carries a marker. It will only move or remove events carrying that marker. Your meetings are read as busy time and are never edited, moved or deleted.
No new app to check every day
No new inbox, no new app, no migration. Keep the task list you have and the calendar you already live in. Diarized has no interface you need to visit daily, and that is exactly how it is meant to work.
What Diarized asks for, and why
Diarized only requests the access it needs to build your schedule, and it is easier to trust a tool that says so on the way in rather than in the small print.
To read your calendar
So it knows when you are already busy. Diarized reads the start and end times of your existing events to find the gaps that are genuinely free. It does not use the contents of your meetings, and it never shows them to anyone.
To write to your calendar
So it can place your work in those gaps, and move or remove those blocks as your task list changes. Every block it creates carries a marker, and it will only ever edit or delete events carrying that marker. Your own meetings are never touched.
To read your task list
So it knows what there is to schedule. Diarized reads open tasks (title, priority, due date and estimated duration) from whichever app you connect, including Google Tasks. Nothing is sold, shared or used to train models.
To tick tasks off
Delete a block from your calendar and Diarized marks that task complete in the app it came from, which is why it needs write access to your tasks as well as read. It never creates or edits tasks you did not write.
The full detail is in our privacy policy, and you can disconnect or delete everything at any time.
Simple pricing
Diarized costs $5 a month, and every scheduling feature is in both plans. It is built to be efficient, so the price stays low without taking anything away from you.
Free
One task app, one calendar, rebuilt every hour through your working day. This is not a trial, and it stays free for as long as you use it.
Pro
Connect everything, and changes reach your calendar in seconds where your apps can tell us, and within 15 minutes where they cannot, instead of hourly. It keeps watching after hours and at weekends, and you can cancel at any time.
Stop deciding what to do next, every hour of every working day.
Connect a task app and a calendar, and your week schedules itself.
